Baked with pride, patience, and love
Because everyone deserves a place at the table
Our Mission
At Delaney Dough & Co., we believe that good food has the power to nourish both body and soul. Our mission is to create handcrafted baked goods that bring comfort, connection, and joy to our community. With every loaf, pastry, and treat, we pour in the same care and intention as if we were baking for family – using wholesome ingredients, time-honored techniques, and a deep respect for the slow, nurturing process of fermentation. More than just a bakery, we are a place of warmth, where each bite feels like home.

One Year of Love Made Edible
On March 6th, Delaney Dough & Co turns one.
What began as a simple desire to make cleaner, more nourishing bread for my family has grown into something I could have never fully imagined — neighbors who’ve become regulars, pop-ups filled with laughter, loaves shared for celebrations and for comfort.
Starting over at different chapters of life has taught me something important: it’s never too late to build something meaningful.
I am deeply proud of this year.
And even more grateful for the community that made it possible.
Thank you for trusting me with your tables.
Here’s to year two — baked with pride, patience, and love.
Love Made Edible Pop-Ups
Now appearing monthly — right here in the neighborhood
We’re popping up on the third Sunday of each month for our Love Made Edible pop-up — a chance to sample what we’re baking, say hello, and soak up the scent of sourdough in the air.
It’s a way to step beyond the screen — to see the bread, smell it, taste it, and feel the heart baked into every Simple. Honest. Homemade
Because good bread shouldn’t be a luxury — it should be the baseline.
Causes & Celebrations
From holiday cheer to heartfelt community efforts, this is the spot for all the little extras we’re baking up right now. Think fundraiser loaves, seasonal bundles, and sweet ways to support local schools or neighborhood happenings. If there’s something to celebrate — big or small — you just might find it here.
49 Loaves for 49 Lives
Some things can’t be painted over.
Our Celebration Loaf has always been about joy—rainbow sprinkles, white chocolate, and a little magic in every slice. But now, it’s also about remembrance and action.
In honor of the 49 lives lost at Pulse, $4.90 from every Celebration Loaf will be donated to Out of the Closet – Orlando, supporting HIV/AIDS care and LGBTQIA+ health services in our city.
There’s no deadline, no rush. Just love. One loaf for every life. One act of remembrance for every light we lost.
Because crosswalks can fade, but love, color, and community remain.
Now Baking in the Neighborhood
At Delaney Dough & Co., everything is made from scratch, baked to order, and crafted with intention. We use real ingredients, traditional methods, and never any preservatives.
Because good bread shouldn’t be a luxury~It should be the baseline.
Hi, I’m Donna
I’m a 66-year-old purple-haired Grammy with an empath’s soul and a nurturing heart. I’ve spent over a decade supporting growing families as a doula, and now I get to nourish my community one loaf at a time.
Delaney Dough & Co is my way of spreading joy, comfort, and gut-friendly goodness from my home kitchen to yours. I call it “Love made edible.”
Doughla’s Corner
Meet Doughla, the heart and soul of Delaney Dough & Co! Just like a doula nurtures and supports new beginnings, Doughla has been lovingly tended—bubbling with warmth, patience, and strength to bring each loaf to life. With time, care, and the perfect environment, this hardworking sourdough starter transforms simple ingredients into artisanal breads that nourish the body and delight the senses.
At Delaney Dough & Co, we believe that, like birth, good bread requires gentle guidance, trust in the process, and a little magic. So, whether you’re enjoying a crusty boule or a tender loaf, know that Doughla has been there every step of the way—rising to the occasion, just like a true doula would.
